Process Video: 1994

I started this homage to the cover of 1994’s Book of Lairs (one of at least four AD&D products with some version of that title) while I was talking with former RPGA Network Coordinator, Scott Douglas. You can listen to the whole of Episode 22 or any of the past episodes.

I always have a particularly fun time drawing my interpretations of paintings by Larry Elmore. There’s something about his characters and scene design that just seems to play well with my cartooning style.
