This Week: WiP Wednesday—Dragons of War
Dragonlance fans take note
On the show this week I’ll be continuing my work on the cartoon homage to Jeff Easley’s painting for the classic Dragonlance module DL8 Dragons of War, begun back in Episode 70.
This is one of two images that capture a seminal moment in the Dragonlance Chronicles—when Sturm Brightblade sacrifices himself at the High Clerist’s Tower. (The other being Larry Elmore’s classic painting “The Death of Sturm” (which I may one day end up doing an homage to as well).
