This Week's Guest ... Ray Winninger
This week we'll be joined by former head of D&D, Ray Winninger
Ray Winninger will be our guest this week. Most recently known for having been the head of Dungeons & Dragons at Wizards of the Coast, Ray has a long and storied career in the TRPG field having worked on classic titles such as TORG, DC Heroes, Chill, and Underground.
You can join the live chat room at 6pm Pacific on Wednesday, January 15.
While Stan! chats with Ray, he’ll be working on a cartoon homage to Greg Rutkowski's cover painting for the 2019 adventure collection Secrets of Saltmarsh.
If you have any questions for Ray, post them in reply to this message. Remember that if you’re a paid subscriber, your questions get bumped to the head of the queue.
If you’re enjoying the show, please help us grow our audience by sharing it and this newsletter with other folks you know who you think would also find it fun and entertaining. The BIGGEST challenge we have is growing the audience … and the BEST method to do that is word of mouth.

I thought of another question. I wonder how Ray feels the job of leading the D&D team has changed across the years? Are the goals different? The need to work with upper management? What it's like to work with the designers? Other departments?
And, while it was Kyle who had the lead when the OGL was being revised, it had been in motion before that time. What does Ray recall from those discussions and how does Ray see the way it played out? Thanks!
