WiP Wednesday — Shadow of the Demon Lord — with Jeff Quick
The summer of catching up continues with another Work In Progress night.
The other day I posted the completed cartoon homage to the Monster Manual (2024), which wrapped up the drawings for Season 1 of the show. But as you may remember, I plowed straight ahead into Season 2, kicking it off by interviewing Robert J. Schwalb.
While we talked about everything he’s accomplished with Schwalb Entertainment, I started a cartoon homage to his premium product—Shadow of the Demon Lord (original cover painting by Svetoslav Petrov). Now, on this week’s new episode, the time has come for me to face the Demon Lord again and try to wrap up this drawing!
While I work, I’ll be chatting with my friend, fellow Buffy the Vampire Slayer fan, and guiding force behind the Kobold Press website, not to mention their soon-to-be-released Necromancer card game (which just happens to feature art by yours truly) … Jeff Quick!
